Chocolate Pinecones

Our chocolate pinecones come together in just a few simple steps but look impressively festive. We used our Amoretti® Vanilla Bean Paste to add a warm, smooth vanilla note that elevates every bite and makes the whole dessert taste like true vanilla bean. Combined with crushed chocolate biscuits, cocoa powder, and crunchy cornflakes, each pinecone has a rich, layered texture. A warm chocolate drizzle finishes them off for the perfect winter treat.
Ingredients
- 230 grams crushed Chocolate biscuits
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons Amoretti's® Vanilla Bean Paste
- 100 grams cream cheese
- Half a box of Corn Flakes
- 200 grams chocolate
Directions
- Put your chocolate biscuits into a bowl and crush until they reach a crumb-like texture.
- Add in your cream cheese, cocoa powder, and Vanilla Bean Paste into the bowl. Mix until everything has come together.
- Roll your ingredients into 3-gram balls and place on parchment paper. Add your cornflakes until your ball is completely covered.
- Melt your chocolate in a bowl and drizzle on top of your chocolate balls. Powder sugar on top is optional.
