Chocolate Espresso Pizzelle Cookies with a Cappuccino Tiramisu Dipping Cream

Whip out your pizzelle maker or borrow your neighbors to try this fun recipe! Make these as a flat pizzelle cookie with a dipping cream or roll the cookies fresh out of the maker and fill with cream for a fun cannoli-like twist! This recipe is prepared all gluten free and vegan

 

 

Ingredients

Pizzelle

  • 1 ½ cups gluten free flour blend (I used Bob’s Redmill)
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  •  dash salt
  •  ¾ cup sugar
  •  ½ cup vegan butter melted
  • 3 vegan eggs
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp Amoretti® Espresso Extract 

 

Cream

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Pour into your pizzelle maker
  • Allow to cool
  • Top with powdered sugar or dip/drizzle with chocolate
