Caramel Brulee Latte

Ingredients
- Double shot of espresso
- 2 pumps Amoretti® Crema di Caramel Syrup
- 1 pump Amoretti® Premium French Vanilla Syrup
- 4 oz milk of choice
- Ice
- Whipped cream
- Caramel drizzle
- Burnt sugar topping (recipe below)

How to Make the Burnt Sugar Topping
This caramelized sugar topping adds that signature brûléed crunch and is surprisingly simple to make.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Spread 1 cup of sugar into a thin rectangle.
- Sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
- Bake at 450°F until the sugar melts and caramelizes. Watch closely, it can go from golden to burnt quickly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely until hardened.
- Break into small shards and set aside for topping.
How to Make the Latte
- In a glass, combine the espresso shots with the Crema di Caramel and French Vanilla syrups. Stir until well blended.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Pour in the milk of your choice.
- Top with whipped cream, a drizzle of caramel, and a sprinkle of your homemade burnt sugar shards.
