Ingredients

  • 1 Tbs Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 2 thumb sized ginger finely minced
  • 1/4 cup light soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tsp. Amoretti® Natural Calamansi Artisan Flavor

Directions

  1. Add olive oil, ginger and garlic to a medium pot. Sautee until soft and fragrant. 
  2. Add in sesame oil and soy sauce. Heat until simmering.
  3. Add in brown sugar and red pepper flakes, stir until sugar is dissolved.
  4. Lower heat and in a separate bowl combine water and cornstarch. 
  5. Add cornstarch mixture to pot and bring back to a simmer. Stir until sauce has thickened.
  6. Once thickened turn off heat and stir in Amoretti® Natural Calamansi Artisan Flavor.
  7. Toss on your favorite wings and enjoy!
