Looking for a fun and easy breakfast on the go? This is a fabulous recipe that whips together quickly and has a wonderfully buttery and rich flavor achieved from Amoretti's Natural Vanilla Butter Extract and Natural Brown Butter Extract, you wouldn't even know these are gluten free and vegan.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients.
- Mix in wet ingredients
- Try not to over mix your batter (or you will have tough donuts)
- Pour into a donut pan
- Bake for 30 min
- Allow to cool
To make the chocolate glaze:
- Heat chocolate chips in 30 second increments in the microwave and stir between
- Once melted and smooth add your Amoretti® Brown Butter Extract (must be oil soluble)
- Dip cooled donuts into the chocolate
- Optional to top with sprinkles
