"Buttery" Vegan Donuts

Looking for a fun and easy breakfast on the go? This is a fabulous recipe that whips together quickly and has a wonderfully buttery and rich flavor achieved from Amoretti's Natural Vanilla Butter Extract and Natural Brown Butter Extract, you wouldn't even know these are gluten free and vegan.

 

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients.
  3. Mix in wet ingredients
  4. Try not to over mix your batter (or you will have tough donuts)
  5. Pour into a donut pan
  6. Bake for 30 min
  7. Allow to cool
To make the chocolate glaze:
  1. Heat chocolate chips in 30 second increments in the microwave and stir between
  2. Once melted and smooth add your Amoretti® Brown Butter Extract (must be oil soluble) 
  3. Dip cooled donuts into the chocolate
  4. Optional to top with sprinkles
