Blueberry Yuzu Lavender Pound Cake

Liven up your pound cake with bright yuzu, floral lavender and juicy blueberries!

Ingredients

BLUEBERRY YUZU POUND CAKE
LAVENDER YUZU GLAZE

Directions

POUND CAKE
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  2. in a medium bowl mix together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment cream together sugar and butter until light and fluffy, scrape sides of bowl as needed.
  4. Add in one egg and mix until incorporated.
  5. Add second egg, Yuzu Industrial Compound and Vanilla Extract. Mix again until incorporated.
  6. Rotate mixing in flour mixture and milk until all is well incorporated.
  7. Remove mixing bowl and gently fold in blueberries.
  8. Pour into loaf pan and bake for 50 - 60 minutes or until loaf is golden brown.
GLAZE
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.
  2. Once pound cake has cooled drizzle over the top.
  3. Slice and enjoy!
