Liven up your pound cake with bright yuzu, floral lavender and juicy blueberries!

Directions
POUND CAKE
- Preheat oven to 350 F and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- in a medium bowl mix together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment cream together sugar and butter until light and fluffy, scrape sides of bowl as needed.
- Add in one egg and mix until incorporated.
- Add second egg, Yuzu Industrial Compound and Vanilla Extract. Mix again until incorporated.
- Rotate mixing in flour mixture and milk until all is well incorporated.
- Remove mixing bowl and gently fold in blueberries.
- Pour into loaf pan and bake for 50 - 60 minutes or until loaf is golden brown.
GLAZE
- Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.
- Once pound cake has cooled drizzle over the top.
- Slice and enjoy!
