Blueberry Yuzu Dirty Soda

Ingredients

Blueberry Sprite

• 2 pumps Amoretti® Blueberry Beverage Infusion
• 1 small can (7.5 oz) Sprite
• Ice

Yuzu Cold Foam

• 2 tablespoons whole milk
• 3 tablespoons heavy cream
• 2 pumps Amoretti® Premium Yuzu Syrup
• Blueberries, to garnish (optional)

Directions

1. In a small glass or frothing pitcher, combine the whole milk, heavy cream, and Amoretti® Premium Yuzu Syrup. Froth until thick, creamy, and pourable. Set aside.
2. Fill a glass with ice. Add the Amoretti® Blueberry Beverage Infusion, then pour the Sprite over the top. Stir gently to combine.
3. Slowly spoon or pour the yuzu cold foam over the blueberry Sprite.
4. Optional: garnish with some blueberries
