Blueberry Cheesecake Blondies

Ingredients

Blueberry Cheesecake Blondies
White Chocolate Drizzle
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp. coconut oil

Directions

Blueberry Cheesecake Blondies
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. and line an 8in. baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Using a hand or stand mixer, cream together your sugar and butter. Add in your egg and Amoretti® Vanilla Madagascar Bourbon Extract and mix until completely combined.
  3. Add in your flour, salt and baking powder and mix until just combined. Then add in your white chocolate chips and mix again until just combined (make sure not to overmix).
  4. Seperate half your batter into a separate bowl and mix in the Amoretti® Cheesecake "Plain" Extract. Then add the Amoretti® Natural Blueberry Artisan Flavor to the other half of your batter and mix until combined. 
  5. Add half the fresh blueberries to each half of your batter and fold in gently.
  6. Alternating between the 2 batters, scoop them into your 8in. baking dish, then bake for 30-35 minutes.
White Chocolate Drizzle
  1. In a microwave safe dish, melt your white chocolate chips and coconut oil together in bursts of 15 seconds at a time. 
  2. Put your melted chocolate in a piping bag and drizzle over top of your cooled blondies.
  3. Cut, serve and enjoy!
