Ingredients
Cake:
- 3 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt or ½ tsp fine grained
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup unsalted butter room temperature
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 6 eggs large room temperature
- 1 tbsp Amoretti® Natural Vanilla Bean Artisan Flavor
- 1 cup sour cream
Glaze:
- 1 ½ cups of Powdered sugar
- 1-2 tbsp of milk
- 1 tbsp Amoretti® Natural Blood Orange Artisan Flavor
Directions
For the Cake:

Preheat oven to 325F. Butter and flour a large bundt pan or coat with baking spray. Combine the flour, salt, and baking soda in a large bowl, whisk together and set aside.

Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the Amoretti® Natural Vanilla Bean Artisan Flavor then the eggs one at a time while mixing on medium speed. Scrape the bowl in between.

Add the flour mixture and sour cream in alternating batches, mixing on low until just combined.

Transfer the batter to your prepared bundt pan and bake for about 80 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.

Cool in in pan 10 minutes before removing.
For the Glaze:
- In a bowl, combine the powdered sugar and milk until smooth. You may want to add more or less liquid depending on your desired consistency.
- Add in the tbsp of Amoretti® Natural Blood Orange Artisan Flavor. Mix until combined.
- Once you've achieved your desired consistency, pour the glaze on top of the bundt cake.
- Let set for 1-2 hours.
- Then, devour!
