Blood Orange Negroni

Ingredients

• 1 sprig of rosemary + more for garnish
• 1/2 oz. lemon juice
• 3/4 pump Amoretti® Organic Clear Blue Agave Nectar
• 2 Pumps Amoretti® Blood Orange Beverage Infusion
• 1 egg white
• 2 oz. campari 
• 2 oz. gin
• 1 oz. sweet vermouth
• Ice
• Blood orange slice for garnish

Directions

1. Muddle the rosemary, lemon juice, Organic Clear Blue Agave Nectar and Blood Orange Beverage Infusion in a cocktail shaker.
2. Add in the egg white, campari, gin, sweet vermouth and dry shake vigorously for a few minutes (2-5 minutes) or for as long as your arms will allow. 
3. Add in the ice and shake again vigorously for another 30 seconds to a minute. 
4. Strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube.
5. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a thin slice of blood orange.
6. Enjoy!
