Blood Orange Bees Knees

Why do bees always have sticky hair? Because they use a honeycomb 😂 Enough with the dad jokes, this cocktail is the perfect drink to treat dad with this Father's Day. Our Blood Orange Craft Puree gave a bright burst of real fruit flavor to this classic cocktail.

Ingredients

Honey Simple Syrup

• 1 cup honey
• .5 - 1 cup warm water

Cocktail

• .5 oz. honey simple syrup
• 1 oz. lemon juice
• 2 oz. gin
• 1 pump Amoretti® Blood Orange Craft Puree

Directions

Honey Simple Syrup

1. Combine honey and water and mix until honey is dissolved. If syrup is took thick add more water. 

Cocktail

1. In a shaker combine all ingredients with ice.
2. Shake for 10-15 seconds
3. Strain over fresh ice and enjoy!
