Enter the birthday cake s'more, a twist that combines the sweet flavor of a birthday cake with the timelessness of a s'more.

With our made-from-scratch birthday cake white chocolate bar, flavored with our Cake Batter and French Vanilla Oil Soluble Extracts, and finished off XO Marshmallow's Funfetti Marshmallows this treat is off the charts delicious.

How do I Make the Chocolate Taste Like Birthday Cake?

Did you know that using store-bought alcohol and water based extracts can cause the chocolate to seize, leaving you with a grainy or lumpy mixture that is no longer usable?

The solution is simple, used oil-based flavors like our Amoretti Oil-Soluble extracts. They're the best & simplest way to infuse flavor into your chocolate without any issues.

In order to make our white chocolate taste just like birthday cake, we used a combination of our Cake Batter & French Vanilla Oil Soluble Extracts. 

They pair perfectly with XO Marshmallow's Funfetti Marshmallow!

Fun fact: XO Marshmallow uses our Cake Batter Water Soluble Extract and Crema Di Vanilla Extract in their Funfetti mallow. Hence our use of cake batter and the similar flavor of french vanilla. 

 

How to Make a Birthday Cake S'more

Directions

Making the Chocolate:
  1. Place a microwave-safe bowl on a scale and zero it out. Weigh out 8 ounces of white chocolate chips. Melt in the microwave for 20 second increments. Be sure to stir in between each round. Complete until melted.
  2. With the white chocolate melted, add in the oil soluble extracts. Stir until combined.
  3. Grab your chocolate bar molds and add some rainbow sprinkles to the inside. Then, fill the white chocolate to the edge of the mold. Optional: add more sprinkles to the bottom of the chocolate bar (top of the mold).
  4. Set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Preparing the S'mores
  1. Once the chocolate has set, remove it from the mold and break into squares. 
  2. Grab two of XO Marshmallow's Funfetti marshmallows an place on their Gluten-Free Graham Crackers (they're so good). Toast until golden brown.
  3. Smush the chocolate and remaining graham cracker on top.
  4. Devour.
