Baked Maple Doughnuts with Maple Bacon Glaze

This amazing donut recipe has a sweet and tender fluffy texture with amazing maple bacon flavor!

Ingredients

MAPLE DONUTS MAPLE BACON GLAZE SPECIAL EQUIPMENT
  • doughnut pan or mold

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Cream together the butter, vegetable oil, sugar and Agave Nectar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, followed by Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla and Maple Compound.
  4. Add the baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  5. Alternate adding the flour and milk, beginning and ending with flour.
  6. Pipe batter into a doughnut pan or mold, filling half full.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, turning pan half way through bake time.
  8. Allow to cool completely before glazing.
MAPLE BACON GLAZE
  1. Whisk all ingredients together.
  2. Dip each donut in the glaze and place on a cooling rack to set.
  3. Enjoy!
