Avocado Bagel Sandwich
A light meal that you will enjoy every bite of!
Ingredients
- 1 bagel (plain, onion, or everything)
- ½ avocado, mashed
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- ½ cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 tomato slices
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- Amoretti® Aged Pomegranate Balsamic Vinaigrette, to taste
Directions
- Toast bagel.
- Spread cream cheese on each side followed by a layer of avocado.
- Top with tomato and cucumber slices.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Drizzle with Vinaigrette and enjoy! (Napkins will be needed!)
