Air Fryer S'mores Lava Cakes

These scrumptious little lava cakes are the perfect treat to share with your love on Valentines Day. You can also customize them any way you want by swapping out the Extract OR Compound for any other flavor in our Extract or Compound product lines.

Ingredients

• 1.5 sticks of butter, sliced into small pieces
• 8 oz. good quality dark chocolate
• 2 eggs
• 2 egg yolks
• 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp. granulated sugar
• 1 tsp. Amoretti® Vanilla Madagascar Bourbon Water Soluble 2X
• 1 tsp. Amoretti® Natural Graham Cracker Extract Water Soluble OR 1 tbsp. Amoretti® Graham Cracker Compound
• 1/3 cup + 1tbsp. all purpose flour
• 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

1. Grease four 6 oz. ramekins.
2. Melt butter and chocolate in the microwave and set aside.
3. In another bowl whisk together eggs, egg yolks, sugar, vanilla extract and graham cracker flavoring.
4. Next add the flour, salt and chocolate mixture. Mix until well combined.
5. Fill your ramekins with the batter leaving about 1/4 inch of room at the top.
6. Place in your air fryer basket and air fry at 370 F for 10 minutes.
