Ingredients
- 4 large very ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup of Amoretti® Pistachio Cream
Optional:
- Amoretti® Crema Di Dark Chocolate Syrup
- Premium Kataifi for topping (not gluten-free)
Directions
- Slice bananas into 1/2 discs. Lay out on a large plate or place into a freezer safe bag. Freeze for 1-2 hours.
- Place bananas into food processor or a powerful blender (mix as needed)
- Puree until mixture is creamy and smooth
- Add Amoretti® Pistachio Cream and puree to combine
- For soft serve ice-cream, serve immediately
- For harder ice, place in freezer for another 1-2 hours
PRO-TIP:
- For an extra creamy consistency, add 2 tablespoons of your preferred milk to help puree the banana slices, and then plop into the freezer for a few hours! Enjoy!
