Strawberry Ricotta
Perfect light dessert when you have had a big meal, the fresh strawberry flavor in this ricotta will remind you of springtime!
Ingredients
- 1 cup ricotta
- 1 tbsp + 2 tsp Amoretti® Wild Strawberry Artisan
- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp honey
Directions
- Combine ricotta, Wild Strawberry Artisan and honey.
- Mix until smooth.
- Chill 1 hour.
- Spoon into bowls and garnish with fresh strawberries.
