Summertime brings back fond memories of snow cones and kiddy pools. But once you hit adulthood, does that all go away? Nope! You just add alcohol! These frozen, fruity cocktails have a hint of heat and are perfect for Summer BBQs, lounging by the pool, or just a casual night with friends watching the kids chase fireflies!

Ingredients

• 1.5 pumps Amoretti® Spicy Pineapple Beverage Infusion
• 2oz Vodka or Tequila
• 1.5 oz St. Germain
• .5 oz Simple Syrup
• .5 oz Amoretti® Passionfruit Artisan
• Ice

Directions

In the pitcher of a high-speed blender, combine all ingredients. Add enough ice to cover the liquid and blend on high speed until the beverage is desired consistency and no ice chunks remain. Serve in your favorite glass and considered yourself warned! They go down extremely easy!
