Red, White and Blue Push Pop

Celebrate labor day and stay cool with these orange cream flavored patriotic push up pops.

Ingredients

• 2 cans unsweetened coconut milk
• 1 cup unsweetened coconut cream
• 1 cup unsweetened coconut water
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 2 tsp Amoretti® Orange Cream Extract Water Soluble
• Amoretti® Natural Red Food Color Water soluble
• Amoretti® Natural Blue Food Color Water Soluble
• 10 – 15 push up containers like THESE. You can also use popsicle molds.

Directions

1. Remove stick from 10-15 push pop containers and place the containers onto a baking sheet.
2. In a saucepan combine sugar and coconut water. Heat until sugar has dissolved. Let cool for 10-15 minutes.
3. In a blender or food processor combine coconut milk, coconut cream, cooled coconut water/sugar mixture, and Amoretti® Orange Cream Extract. Blend until smooth.
4. Divide mixture evenly into 3 bowls.
5. Use Amoretti® Natural Red Food Color to color one mixture red and use Amoretti® Natural Blue Food Color to color another blue (start with 1 tsp of each and gradually add more until desired color is reached)
6. Fill containers 1/3 of the way with red mixture and freeze for 1 hour.
7. Fill containers another 1/3 of the way with white mixture and freeze for 1 hour.
8. Top containers off with blue mixture and place cap on them, freezer overnight.
9. Replace the stick and enjoy now or save for later!
