Raspberry Fig Champagne Spritz
Shake up something special this New Years with this fig and rosemary infused champagne cocktail! We used our Raspberry Beverage Infusion to add a juicy burst of flavor but you can use any of your favorite Amoretti® Beverage Infusions for this recipe. Yields two drinks.
Ingredients
- 2 figs sliced in quarters
- 2 sprigs of rosemary leaves stripped
- 3 pumps Amoretti® Raspberry Beverage Infusion
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 oz. Gin
- Champagne or sparkling wine
Directions
- Place figs, rosemary and beverage infusion in a cocktail shaker and muddle.
- Juice in lemon, add gin and ice. Shake vigorously.
- Double strain into 2 champagne flutes.
- Top with champagne and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
- Enjoy!
