Pumpkin Pop Up Toastee (Gluten Free and Vegan)
Ingredients
- 1 – 1 ½ cup pumpkin puree (depending on how thick you want it)
- 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon Amoretti® Vanilla Madagascar Bourbon Extract
- ¼ teaspoon Amoretti® Pumpkin Spice Compound
- 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon vegan milk
Pie Dough

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°
- In a medium bowl combine all ingredients
- Roll out dough and cut into squares
- Fill about 2 tablespoons of filling into each square and cover it with another square of dough
- Sprinkle the top piece of dough with sugar
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes until edges start to turn brown
- Cool and enjoy!
