Pumpkin Pie Blondies

Pumpkin spice season is here and these Pumpkin Pie Blondies are the perfect treat to celebrate with. They are bursting full of of true pumpkin pie flavor thanks to our Pumpkin Pie Compound! Not a pumpkin lover swap out the Pumpkin Pie Compound for any flavor in our Artisan or Compound lines. 

Ingredients

• 1 cup melted butter
• 2 cups packed brown sugar
• 2 large eggs, room temp
• 2 tsp Amoretti® Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract 2x
• 2 Tbsp + 4 tsp Amoretti® Pumpkin Pie Compound
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ¾ cup white chocolate chips

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease a 12 x 18 in cake pan
2. Mix flour, salt, and baking powder. Set aside for later
3. In a large bowl or stand mixer beat brown sugar and butter until well combined
4. Beat in eggs, Vanilla Extract and Pumpkin Pie Compound, scraping sides as needed
5. Beat in flour mixture in increments, scraping sides of bowl as needed
6. Fold or beat in white chocolate chips
7. Evenly spread batter into your prepared pan
8. Bake for 30 min or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
9. Enjoy
