Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F
  2. Line a baking sheet with tin foil and grease with oil.
  3. Lay bacon onto baking sheet and cook in oven for  10 - 20 minutes or until desired doneness, flip occasionally.
  4. Prepare pancake mix according to package instructions.
  5. Add Maple Praline Artisan to pancake mix and whisk until incorporated.
  6. Cook 3" round pancakes and set aside.
  7. In a small bowl whisk together your eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook eggs, arranging into a 3" circle to fit on pancake. Remove from heat and set aside,
  9. Keep skillet heat at medium and add one pancake, place egg, bacon and cheese and top with another pancake.
  10. Cover and let cook for 3  minutes, flip, cover and cook another 3 minutes. Repeat until cheese is melty.
  11. Remove from heat and add a drizzle of Maple Praline Syrup inside and enjoy!
