Maple Praline Pancake Breakfast Sandwich
Ingredients
- Pancake mix
- 1 Package of bacon
- 1 tbsp. Amoretti® Natural Maple Praline Artisan Flavor
- Cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs (or more if making multiple sandwiches)
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Amoretti® Premium Maple Praline Syrup - to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 F
- Line a baking sheet with tin foil and grease with oil.
- Lay bacon onto baking sheet and cook in oven for 10 - 20 minutes or until desired doneness, flip occasionally.
- Prepare pancake mix according to package instructions.
- Add Maple Praline Artisan to pancake mix and whisk until incorporated.
- Cook 3" round pancakes and set aside.
- In a small bowl whisk together your eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook eggs, arranging into a 3" circle to fit on pancake. Remove from heat and set aside,
- Keep skillet heat at medium and add one pancake, place egg, bacon and cheese and top with another pancake.
- Cover and let cook for 3 minutes, flip, cover and cook another 3 minutes. Repeat until cheese is melty.
- Remove from heat and add a drizzle of Maple Praline Syrup inside and enjoy!
