Fruity Yogurt Pops with Chocolate Drizzle

Ingredients

• 1 24oz container of Plain Greek Yogurt
• 3-4 Tbsp Amoretti® Pineapple Artisan (flavors are interchangeable with any Amoretti® Artisan or Compound)

Optional Additions

Food Coloring

• Amoretti® Natural Yellow Food Color
• Amoretti® Natural Green Food Color

Chocolate Ganache

• ½ cup Amoretti® White Chocolate Ganache

Directions

1. Add 3-4 Tbsp of Pineapple Artisan to the container of plain Greek Yogurt. Mix thoroughly.
2. If desired, add yellow food color and mix until incorporated, adding more until desired color is achieved.
3. Pour mixture into fruit-shaped silicone molds and freeze 4 hours or overnight. 

Directions for Additional Toppings

1. Heat Ganache in 10-15 second increments until smooth.
2. Add green food coloring and mix until desired color is reached.
3. Pour or drizzle ganache over popsicles.
4. Enjoy!
