- 1 24oz container of Plain Greek Yogurt
- 3-4 Tbsp Amoretti® Pineapple Artisan (flavors are interchangeable with any Amoretti® Artisan or Compound)
- Add 3-4 Tbsp of Pineapple Artisan to the container of plain Greek Yogurt. Mix thoroughly.
- If desired, add yellow food color and mix until incorporated, adding more until desired color is achieved.
- Pour mixture into fruit-shaped silicone molds and freeze 4 hours or overnight.
Directions for Additional Toppings
- Heat Ganache in 10-15 second increments until smooth.
- Add green food coloring and mix until desired color is reached.
- Pour or drizzle ganache over popsicles.
