Easy to Make Flourless Chocolate Torte

Ingredients

• 9 oz. premium dark chocolate
• 1 cup + 2 tbsp unsalted butter
• 1.5 cups granulated sugar
• 5 eggs + 2 egg yolks
• 1 tsp Amoretti® Vanilla Madagascar Bourbon Water Soluble 2X
• 2 tbsp Amoretti® Natural Espresso Coffee Artisan Flavor
• 1/4 cup Amoretti® Milk Chocolate Hazelnut Spread (melted)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375F. Grease and line with parchment paper a 9 inch springform pan.
2. In a microwave safe bowl belt chocolate and butter. Stir in granulated sugar and let cool for 3-5 minutes.
3. Mix in eggs and egg yolk one at a time. Once all of the eggs are added stir until batter becomes this and glossy.
4. Stir in Vanilla Extract, Espresso Coffee Artisan and melted Milk Chocolate Hazelnut Spread.
5. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 30 - 40 minutes or until the torte is just slightly jiggly in the center nut not fully set. 
6. Let cool for 10-20 minutes and remove from pan. Dust with powdered sugar slice and enjoy! We recommend pairing with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
