Add a little extra jolliness to the holiday season with this super easy to make peppermint bark recipe!
- Melt dark chocolate in microwave bowl, or double broiler.
- Spread dark chocolate onto a silicone tray or parchment lined baking sheet. Let harden in freezer for about 5 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate and stir in peppermint extract.
- Spread on top of dark chocolate, sprinkle with crushed candy canes and enjoy!
