Crunch Berry Pancakes with Crema di Wild Strawberry Syrup

  1. In a medium bowl, sift together your flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, then mix to combine.
  2. Make a well in the center then add the egg, melted butter, milk, Amoretti® Vanilla Madagascar Bourbon (2x) and Amoretti® Natural Crunch Berry Artisan, then mix well until smooth and lump-free.
  3. Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat and scoop1/4 of a cup of batter onto the pan at a time cooking until bubbles form on the edges are dry, flip and repeat, about 2-4 minutes per side.
  4. Spread some butter on each pancake (optional) then add a dollop of whipped cream and drizzle with Amoretti® Crema di Wild Strawberry Syrup.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
