Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, melt sugar until liquefied and golden in color.
- Carefully pour hot syrup into a 9" round glass baking dish, rotating the dish to evenly coat the bottom and sides. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat eggs for about 30 seconds.
- Beat in sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla, and Toasted Coconut Cream Extract until smooth.
- Pour egg mixture into baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake in preheated oven 45-60 minutes until set, the center should wobble slightly. Let cool completely.
- To serve, carefully invert on serving plate with edges so the caramel can't run off.
TIPS:
- Garnish with whipped cream and berries if desired.
