Butterbeer Muddybuddys

Butterbeer Muddybuddy's are the perfect snack for your Halloween get together. Our Amoretti Vanilla Butter Extract gives the perfect butterbeer-ish flavor.

This recipe whips up with a flick of your wand and is a fun way to mix up some fun flavor with the kiddos!

Ingredients

• 4 C. Rice Squares Cereal
• 1 C. Butterscotch Chips
• 1/4 C. Salted Butter Cubed
• 1/2 Tsp. Amoretti® Vanilla Extract #500
• 1/2 Tsp. Amoretti® Vanilla Butter Extract
• 1/4 C. Toffee bits
• 3/4 C. Powdered Sugar
• Pinch of Salt

Directions

• Microwave the butterscotch chips in 30 second increments until melted
• Melt the butter and whisk in the extracts
• Top your rice squares with butterscotch mixture and stir
• Add the butter and extract mixture to your rice squares and mix
• Spread on a baking dish to cool
• Add squares to a bag with powdered sugar and toffee bits and shake
• Serve and Enjoy!
