Blueberry Glazed Lemon Donuts
Doesn't this sound like a delish and easy breakfast?!
This lovely recipe whips up fast. Lemon and blueberry play nice in donut form with a sweet and beautiful blueberry glaze.

GLAZE
INSTRUCTIONS:
Donuts-
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a large mixing bowl, mix vegan butter, plant based milk, then your dry ingredients
- Fold blueberries (I used frozen) into the batter gently and pour the batter into donut pan.
- I put my batter into a gallon bag to pipe into my donut pan.
- Bake in the oven for about 20 - 25 minutes.
Glaze-
- In a mixer, add powdered sugar, lemon juice, plant based milk and Amoretti Blueberry Extract
- Mix on high to incorporate
- Pour mixture on to a plate and dip cooled donuts in the glaze and then place onto a baking sheet.
- Let donuts sit on your baking sheet for 5-10 minutes and then enjoy!
