Blueberry Glazed Lemon Donut - Gluten Free and Vegan

 Blueberry Glazed Lemon Donuts

Doesn't this sound like a delish and easy breakfast?!

This lovely recipe whips up fast.  Lemon and blueberry play nice in donut form with a sweet and beautiful blueberry glaze.  

 DONUTS


GLAZE

INSTRUCTIONS:

Donuts-
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix vegan butter, plant based milk, then your dry ingredients
  3. Fold blueberries (I used frozen) into the batter gently and pour the batter into  donut pan. 
  4. I put my batter into a gallon bag to pipe into my donut pan. 
  5.  Bake in the oven for about 20 - 25 minutes.
Glaze- 
  1. In a mixer, add powdered sugar, lemon juice, plant based milk and Amoretti Blueberry Extract
  2. Mix on high to incorporate
  3. Pour mixture on to a plate and dip cooled donuts in the glaze and then place onto a baking sheet.
  4. Let donuts sit on your baking sheet for 5-10 minutes and then enjoy!
