Makes the most delicious whipped cream !
I had to use less than the recommended 8-10% because it was pretty sweet and the flavour was kind of intense (not in a good way). 4-6% is what worked for me. Once I toned it down, it tasted great with some key lime curd for my key lime pie macarons.
I ordered most of their artisan flavors and so far all of them have been phenomenal.
It worked great in the buttercream filling for my macarons! Very tasty!
