We've tried a lot of coconut extracts and other compounds over the years, nothing compares to this. We use it primarily in cheesecake batter and it delivers great flavor without diluting or making the batter too loose; and it makes a fantastic buttercream even if you aren't already using cream of coconut in the buttercream. We prefer the toasted coconut for its deeper flavor.
