I bought this book after enjoying several of Chef Colette's Craftsy classes. The book is really well-written with beautiful pictures. Chef Colette is very thorough with her explanations, and her instructions are very clear. I have several macaron books, but this one is very good with its explanations - it is really good for learning how to make the macarons and for trouble-shooting if things go awry. I recommend this book for anyone who wants an in-depth understanding of how to make these sometimes finicky treats.
I love the book lots of options to make macarons , and the fillings actually my favorite part it’s the cake macarons I have to try it!!
Poorly made book, fell apart after third time opening pages falling out from spine of book, but The contents like instructions and photos are absolutely wonderful loved it it’s just the construction was really bad for the price
