Good but be careful how much you add, it could be bad if the flavor is too strong. I used it for Italian butter cream in French macarons and it was a nice fresh citrus flavor.

The Flavor is pretty spot on, and I like that it doesn’t take much of the flavoring to get the grapefruit flavor. I’m looking forward to trying other flavors in the near future.
