Amoretti Gourmet Gingerbread Icing can be used right out of the jar, or it can be whipped together with butter, cream cheese, vegetable shortening, or whipping cream to create a fluffier piping consistency to add decorations to already frosted cakes, cookies or cupcakes, or a quick change of tips will allow you to fill cupcakes or doughnuts.
