Amoretti Gourmet Eggnog Icing is manufactured with the finest ingredients available to create an icing that can be used by amateurs and professionals alike. Amoretti Gourmet Eggnog Icing can be whipped to a spreading consistency right out of the jar for frosting cakes, cupcakes or cookies. Combined with butter, cream cheese, vegetable shortening, or whipping cream and whipped to a fluffier consistency, Amoretti Gourmet Eggnog Icing can be loaded into a pastry bag with various tips and used to pipe decorations onto frosted cakes. A quick change of the tip will allow you to fill cupcakes or doughnuts. You can heat it in the top of a double boiler or in the microwave to the desired consistency for dipping cake pops, or create a ganache to pour over Bundt cakes, éclairs and cream puffs. Thin the icing with milk, water or fruit juice and create a delicious glaze for cinnamon buns, coffee cakes or doughnuts.
