Coconut Craft Puree®
I used this in a 10 barrel batch of Piña Colada beer. It has a real fruit flavor and I used less than anticipated! Will use it again!
I'm probably not using these purees for their intended purposes, but my family absolutely loves them. We use them in all kinds of things. Most often, they end up added to drinks, teas, cocktails, smoothies, etc. My husband has even used the coconut puree in curry and other dishes when we ran out of coconut milk.
We've been using a lot of these in drinks and desserts that call for syrup. If it gets mixed in and does not need to be syrupy-thick, then we prefer the puree, which has less sugar.
The coconut puree is especially nice in things that you want coconut flavor but not syrupy-sweetness and not the fat of coconut milk. Really, the coconut puree is quite versatile and allows us to be really creative with our food and drink recipes.
Good flavor. I use this in coffee and just with a glass of water with ice!
