Summer 2018, I brewed my first wheat beer, as it was conditioning I received a sampler pack from Amoretti. After opening a couple flavors and smelling and tasting them I got really excited about my wheat beer! I called Amoretti and Dylan answered the phone. He explained the difference in some of their products (Purée, Artisans, Compound) and took the time to make sure I had what I needed to make strategic decisions. At the brewery, I gathered my most trusted pallets and we mixed pints and discussed our collective perceptions of each flavor. Flavoring pints turned into flavoring kegs, flavoring kegs has turned into flavoring the entire brite tank! You can easily infuse a pint or an entire batch. The quality and consistency of Amoretti’s Craft Purées and Artisans is simply amazing and fun to experiment with! Blood Orange Wheat? French Toast Imperial Stout? Habanero/Pineapple Double IPA?
