Some of our favorite applications: flavoring cold desserts like ice creams, gelato, sorbets, frozen yogurts, or mousses.
What our customers love: flavoring high fat-content baked goods (cheesecakes, cakes, buttercreams, or whipped creams, and frostings) or craft beers, liqueurs, and wines.
Yes I said French Toast Brown Ale! I only added half the bottle and the flavors are dead on and the beer at 6.5% tastes amazing with lots of locals asking for bottles already. Before I finished making the beer I took the bottle around town and had friends and family smell it and the majority said it smelled just like French Toast when you think of the bread, the syrup and even the powdered sugar. A few did say it smelled more like pancakes which I more than understood but this stuff will make just about anything taste like French Toast but make sure to taste as you add as it is very strong. Not sure if I am allowed to post a link and if not feel free to remove the link. If anyone is interested in seeing how I added it to this beer https://youtu.be/_sc3Io0rpcs
Added to a porter. Its like drinking my breakfast, delicious
Love your product
I used this flavor in my pound cake and topped it with strawberries and whipped cream. It was sooo delicious.
Summer 2018, I brewed my first wheat beer, as it was conditioning I received a sampler pack from Amoretti. After opening a couple flavors and smelling and tasting them I got really excited about my wheat beer! I called Amoretti and Dylan answered the phone. He explained the difference in some of their products (Purée, Artisans, Compound) and took the time to make sure I had what I needed to make strategic decisions. At the brewery, I gathered my most trusted pallets and we mixed pints and discussed our collective perceptions of each flavor. Flavoring pints turned into flavoring kegs, flavoring kegs has turned into flavoring the entire brite tank! You can easily infuse a pint or an entire batch. The quality and consistency of Amoretti’s Craft Purées and Artisans is simply amazing and fun to experiment with! Blood Orange Wheat? French Toast Imperial Stout? Habanero/Pineapple Double IPA? Keep your tap room fresh with one off kegs or mix that coffee/vanilla blonde that one of your regulars craves. I’m constantly playing with new flavors and my tap room patrons love being part of the research! Kudos to Dylan and the Amoretti team for great advice and superior product!
